Do you take insurance?

We do not currently accept insurance providers and therefore all clients will be treated as out of network. A superbill can be provided upon request so that you may submit to your insurance company for reimbursement when appropriate. Many of the areas we focus on however are not deemed as "medically necessary", and therefore may not be covered by insurance.

What is a superbill?

A superbill is an itemized list of services provided by the therapist which includes specified treatment codes, treatment duration units, and other qualifying information. Once generated the client may submit this document to their insurance company for reimbursement. Reimbursement is not guaranteed and is determined by individual insurance plans and deductibles. Call the 1-800 number on the back of your insurance card for more information.

How do I pay?

All major credit/debit cards, cash as well as CSA and HSA are accepted. Your card will be kept on file and charged automatically at the beginning of each session.
